All wood shavings, plastic pellets, and offcuts generated during the extrusion and cutting processes are immediately conveyed to a central grinding and separation system. After being finely ground, these materials are piped directly back into the raw material mixing silo. Through precise ratio control, these recycled materials can account for 30% or more of a new production batch.

This not only drastically reduces waste, but more importantly, the process is completely closed-loop. We don’t need to transport waste out of the factory, which means carbon emissions generated during transportation are also eliminated. For us, “zero waste” isn’t just a slogan—it’s a physical process happening every minute.

When remelted, the recycled plastic fibers bond more effectively with the wood flour, increasing the flooring’s density and flexural strength.
